You will undertake all activities to initiate and develop. With the following responsibilities:
  • Configuration/functional designs for WFM application Nice IEX and other WFM tools;
  • User Account Management for Nice IEX and other WFM tools;
  • Management of corporate WFM application policies (exception codes, business rules guides, management process guides);
  • Administration of other WFM applications and WFM automation tools;
  • Administration of Absence IVR (tool);
  • WFM Support Gateway (configuration and change management);
  • ACD configuration and functional design for call routing and skill routing;
  • Functional design of relevant interfaces (ACD and HRIS interfaces with WFM Applications);
  • Maintain functional documentation, acceptation tests, and (new) functionality testing.
You will be supporting Workforce Management on a global scale, which calls for flexible working hours. You will be supporting the end users in the optimal use of our WFM systems. You will report directly to the Senior WFM Manager.

Profiel kandidaat

The ideal candidate has:
  • A degree in business IT or similar;
  • Demonstrated experience in application support. Experience with ITIL/Prince-2 is a plus;
  • Extensive experience in all WFM related processes;
  • Experience with Nice IEX (big bonus);
  • The ability to work from home;
  • No problem with irregular worktimes.
